Criteria for the 2024 edition (11 & 12 September)

Client case
(€ 1.595,-)

The client case must meet the following conditions:

  • It is mandatory that an end customer provides the lecture on the basis of a successful project or case study – possibly in a duo presentation with you as supplier. An end customer is understood to mean a party that is the exclusive purchaser of data solutions. This customer should no be a supplier or reseller of these data solutions itself. In that case, the organization considers it a possible exhibitor of the Data Expo and the lecture will not be approved. Each submitted lecture is assessed in advance on content and the intended end customer by the organization of the Data Expo.

  • The presentation should be informative. In other words, it must not be a sales pitch. In case of doubt, OGZ can request you to forward the presentation in advance.

  • The presentation should last a maximum of 30 minutes including questions. You can refer people to the stand for more information.

  • The presentation should be concrete: give as many figures as possible to support the case.

  • Be specific about the content of the presentation so that the visitor can participate with the right expectations.
  • The submitting file needs to be in our possession no later than 7 June 2024. Otherwise, we unfortunately are forced to cancel the presentation.

  • After the fair there will be an evaluation of the lecture program. We look at both the assessment and the number of visitors in the lecture hall. Based on this, it is determined whether your organization is eligible to give a lecture again for the next edition.

If the submitting file does not meet one of the above criteria, we as organization have the right to cancel your presentation.
