Maurits has a passion for fashion and a vast managing experience in the retail industry. Since 2002 he had several international managing positions at Foot Locker and Claire’s. Nowadays, as Managing Director Benelux & Nordics at Swarovski, he is responsible for the consumer goods business of Swarovski in 8 countries. After his study marketing & Economics his sound knowledge and leadership skills contributed to a proven track record of running retail operations and developing brands in competitive environments. With a strong focus on the consumer Maurits and his team are currently focused to be equipped with the right capabilities to successfully drive and anticipate on future growth.
