Collecting and analyzing data is one thing. The challenge is how to interpret the results to improve your daily field service operations and, in turn, your customer experience. We will show you an example where IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) data is being leveraged for predictive maintenance and how the HoloLens (Augmented Reality) can be used for object recognition and guided maintenance. We will also demonstrate the effect these have on a work order process within Dynamics 365 for Field Service (CRM).
