In this session we will deliver a use case where Data Scientists and BI professionals can simply move data into Hadoop, making data accessible across the organization. This system will simplify all EDW offload projects and cut down delivery times up to 70%. We will demonstrate how we achieve this by doing the following:
• Automate and simplify the EDW offload processes with BMC’s Control-M
• Utilize a template based ingest system
• Remove the need to understand/develop Sqoop, Kafka, etc.
• Deploy a drag and drop interface for creation of transformations
• Remove the need to write SQL
• Automatically create data lineage and data governance
• Incorporate Meta Data easily into the data
• Carry out all of this in a GDPR ready environment
