Sitech's improvement and performance based maintenance services aim to increase the profitability of our customer's plants by optimizing their production processes. On a journey of continuous improvement and innovation, (predictive) analytics play an important role. As part of this journey, 2 years ago Sitech started a pilot of joint innovation with Trendminer. The objective of this pilot was to support our engineers in performing more effective and efficient analysis in troubleshooting and opportunity spotting, compared to the traditional toolkit. In this presentation we'll share our thoughts and experiences of this journey. Based upon several use cases, we'll demonstrate that significant improvements can be achieved in achieved in much shorter time frame.
